Learn a little more about our CRNA, Casey Bergeson.
Casey Bergeson
APRN, CRNA
Casey was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Growing up in Idaho and experiencing cold winters helped him realize he wanted to live somewhere warm and sunny. As a result, he has been living and practicing anesthesia in Arizona since 2012 and loves it.
Casey received his nursing degree from Utah Valley University and worked as a registered nurse for over three years. The majority of that time was spent in the Cardiac ICU at Intermountain Medical Center in Utah. In 2010 he moved to Philadelphia to pursue his education in anesthesia. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s Nurse Anesthesia program in 2012 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. After graduation he moved to Arizona and practiced at University of Arizona Medical Center for 8 years. In this position he administered anesthesia to a variety of surgical patients including those suffering from traumatic injuries and critically ill patients. He left this position in the summer of 2020 and started practicing dental anesthesia. Early in 2022 Casey started Pusch Ridge Anesthesia and now is almost exclusively doing anesthesia for dental procedures.
Casey met his wife Aubrey during nursing school and they’ve been married since 2005. They have three children. When not working Casey enjoys all things fitness including running, biking, swimming, strength training, & hiking. He enjoys these activities with his wife and kids. He’s done multiple half marathons & triathlons with his teenage son and is looking forward to many more.
Casey has extensive experience administering anesthesia in every setting and treats all patients as if they were family. He finds joy in helping people comfortably get through dental procedures whether it’s for routine dental work or implant surgeries. Casey loves what he does and takes pride in providing quality anesthesia care to every patient.
